Comparison
Quenza and Mendly both give therapists something for clients to do between sessions. Quenza is a platform for sending exercises, reflections and multi-step programs, used by therapists, coaches and other practitioners. Mendly is a daily check-in you set up for each client, with a dashboard that shows their week and which of the things they track line up with their mood.

Quenza is built around content. You build or pick activities such as exercises, reflections, psychoeducation and meditations, send them on a schedule or as programs that unlock step by step, and see each client’s results. It also has chat, groups and custom branding.
Mendly is built around one daily check-in. You choose each client’s questions from a library of 125 or write your own, the client answers in about two minutes, and you see their mood day by day, their notes, their questionnaire scores and which tracked factors lined up with better and harder days. It has no content library.
Mendly is a short daily check-in with two ways to use it. The two are kept separate: a personal account is never visible to a therapist.
