Best Practices

Question Selection

  • Start with 5-10 questions to avoid overwhelming patients
  • Focus on metrics relevant to treatment goals
  • Include both positive and negative indicators
  • Review and adjust questions every 2-4 weeks

Data Interpretation

  • Look for trends over weeks, not day-to-day
  • Correlations show association, not causation
  • Combine data insights with clinical judgment
  • Discuss findings with patients in sessions

Patient Engagement

  • Explain the purpose of tracking to patients
  • Show patients their own data and insights
  • Encourage consistent daily check-ins
  • Use data to celebrate progress

Troubleshooting

Patient Not Receiving Invitation

  • Check spam/junk folder
  • Verify email address is correct
  • Resend invitation from dashboard

No Data Showing

  • Confirm patient has completed check-ins
  • Check that questions are enabled
  • Refresh the page

Correlations Not Appearing

  • Need at least 7 days of data
  • Both metrics must have numeric values
  • N/A responses reduce correlation accuracy
