Between-session check-ins
Mendly gives each client a two-minute daily check-in made of questions you choose. By the next session you have a day-by-day record of their week, their own notes, and which of the things they track lined up with how they felt.
Start free with 2 clientsYou see a client for an hour. What comes back into the room about the other six days is whatever they remember on the way over, and memory leans toward the last day or two and the worst moment.
A short check-in each evening captures the day while it is still fresh. Over a few weeks that becomes a picture neither of you could have reconstructed from recall.
Mendly does not do notes, scheduling, billing, claims, telehealth or intake. It sits alongside whatever practice software you already use.
It does not diagnose. You can assign standardized questionnaires such as the PHQ-9 and GAD-7, and their scores are there to inform your clinical judgement, not to stand in for it.
About two minutes for a typical set of five to ten questions.
No. They can check in from any browser. The Mendly app for iPhone and Android is optional, free for clients, and included in every plan.
Only that it is time to check in. It never names what the client tracks, how they answered, or a score.
No credit card. Set up a client's check-in in a few minutes.
