Delete your Mendly account

This removes your account and everything you have saved — every check-in, every note, your tracked items, any weekly reports, and any figures imported from Apple Health or Health Connect. It cannot be undone.

Your data is deleted from Mendly straight away. Copies in our encrypted backups are removed from backups within 35 days. A short deletion record with counts only, and no health data, is kept as proof the request was carried out.

If your account is linked to a therapist, the entries you shared with them stay in their clinical records. The law requires them to keep those, and they are not ours to delete.

Deleting your account does not cancel Mendly Plus. Apple and Google bill that separately — cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or you will keep being charged for an account that no longer exists.

If you signed up with Apple and chose Hide My Email, your account is held under the private relay address Apple generated, not your own. Your own address will not match it. Delete from inside the app instead — Settings → Delete account — or email us and we will help.
